Licence

Quintana Roo law reserves real-estate brokerage to holders of a valid state licence (matrícula). Without one you can list and share, but not receive part of a commission.
Deveras neither charges nor splits commissions: the agreement and the payment are between agents.

How much does it cost?
Nothing. Importing, listing, sharing and tracking your clients are free.
What is the introduction record?
Proof that you showed a listing to a client, confirmed by them, with date, time and the offered split. It's evidence, not a payment guarantee.
Do I need a licence?
Not to list or share. To receive part of a commission, yes: Quintana Roo law requires it. Upload it, we check it and it shows on your profile.
Does Deveras take a cut of the commission?
No. Deveras charges no commission and never handles money. It keeps the record and the agreement; payment goes directly between agents.
Can I bring my EasyBroker listings?
Yes. Upload your EasyBroker file or a CSV, or use the browser extension. Everything arrives as a draft.
